Wellbeing may be front of mind for Australians, but new research shows that rising costs and hectic lifestyles are leaving many struggling to maintain healthy habits.
According to a recent survey, 62% of Australians care more about their well-being now than they did a year ago. Yet, two-thirds (66%) admit that the rising cost of living is making it harder to maintain those habits.
The findings also reveal that 80% of Australians are operating on “autopilot” during the working week, with more than a third (36%) turning to sugary snacks and drinks for a quick fix—only to crash later in the day.
A SIMPLE SOLUTION
Recognising that 73% of Australians would adopt healthier routines if they were easier to maintain, wellbeing brand Ryde has launched a new range of wellbeing shots designed to slot seamlessly into busy lives.
To help spread the message, Ryde has teamed up with wellbeing advocate and content creator Renée Buckingham, who has built a following by being candid about the pressures of modern living.
“Well-being used to be simple—eat well, move your body, get some rest. But in a world where busy schedules and daily pressures keep us running at full speed, staying on top of health feels like just another task,” Buckingham said.
“Add the pressure of social media to work out constantly, follow every fitness trend, and always look your best, and it's no wonder we’re all experiencing wellbeing fatigue.
"That’s why I turn to Ryde: Focus, which helps me stay sharp and energised, whether I’m recording, running my business, or tackling a packed day.
"In a world where we are saturated with wellbeing claims, it’s great to have found something that’s backed by science and works.”
BACKED BY SCIENCE
Ryde says its wellbeing shots are formulated with ingredients designed to target common pain points. Their energy shot blends guarana-derived caffeine with B vitamins for a natural energy lift.
At the same time, Ryde: Focus combines L-Theanine, an amino acid found in green tea, with caffeine to improve concentration and reduce distractions.
“Wellbeing shouldn't feel like a chore; it should be something people can seamlessly integrate into their daily routine,” said Andrew Nigro from Ryde.
“At Ryde, we've developed a range of wellbeing shots to help with key moments you need support throughout your day, all without the hassle, making it easier for Australians to feel their best every day.
Aussies want wellbeing solutions that work. Our wellbeing shots are packed with science-backed ingredients like Guarana Seeds to help boost energy.
“
Plus, L-Theanine, an amino acid also found in green tea, helps you relax and tune out distractions.
When combined with caffeine, it supports focus, making it a key ingredient in Ryde: Focus. Whether it's powering through a busy day or maintaining peak performance, Drink Ryde: because it works.”
WELLBEING MADE EASY
From boosting energy levels to helping unwind after a long day, Ryde: Wellbeing Shots aim to make small but effective wellbeing choices accessible. With around 33% of Australians already turning to wellbeing products for energy support, the brand hopes to become a go-to solution for everyday routines.
