Healthy Fruit Slice
Prep time: 25 minutes Serves: 4
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
1 1/2 cups dried fruit
1 cup raw sugar
90 grams melted butter
Freshly ground Bespezie or cinnamon to taste
1. Sift flour, add sugar, spice and mix in eggs.
2. Add melted butter, fruit and coconut. Mix well.
3. Bake in a 17cm x 27cm tin in a moderate oven for 15-20 mins.
