Lemon Protein Balls
200 gr cashew nuts (unsalted)
100 gr desiccated coconut
90 gr pitted dates
1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
1. Mix together in food processor
2. Roll in balls and roll in extra coconut
3. Put in fridge for up to a week
