Fluition has announced an immersive men's retreat weekend designed for men seeking a circuit breaker from burnout and daily pressure.

The Men’s Rebalance and Reconnect Weekend runs from Friday 31 October to Sunday 2 November 2025 at Glen Eden Estate in Broke,

NSW, led by Behavioural Science and Mindset Facilitator Dan Czura and Physiology, Fitness and Movement Specialist Rob Lyon, co-founders of Fluition.

The program is all-inclusive. Guests receive two nights’ accommodation, gourmet locally sourced meals prepared by a private chef, and a guided schedule of sessions.

Activities include breathwork, meditation, and ice bath practices, as well as resilience-based breathing coaching for stress relief, exercise and yoga with Rob, and behavioural coaching and mindset work with Dan.

Downtime is built in, with access to the estate’s hot tub, gym and pool, plus a welcome gift pack on arrival.

“We see so many men running at 110% in their work and family life, while silently and sometimes unknowingly running on an empty tank,” said Fluition Co-Founder, Rob Lyon.

“This retreat creates the space for men to pause, step away from the thousands of external pressures that are thrown their way, and help them to focus on rebuilding energy and reframing priorities in a supportive environment.”

Fluition positions the weekend as a reset for men who want to sharpen resilience, improve physical and mental well-being and reconnect with purpose alongside a small cohort in a supportive setting.

The curriculum combines science-backed breathwork and recovery tools with movement and mindset practices to foster sustainable habits that extend beyond the weekend.
