Two exclusive masterclasses promise to take you on an immersive exploration of the fascinating world of agave spirits and their culinary counterparts.


Talented chef Maximo has curated two exquisite menus inspired by the rich flavours of Mexico. Each dish has been carefully crafted to elevate and harmonise with the individual flavour profiles of the spirits.


The mouth watering menus include duck magret, corn "risotto" truffle with crab tepextate and mango mousse.


Alma Groups' beverage manager and Agave aficionado, Sam, will be your knowledgeable guide throughout the masterclasses.
