Brain Boosting Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup organic mixed frozen berries
1 tbsp heap of coconut yogurt
1 tsp of chia seeds
Half tsp spirulina
Method
Mix everything in a blender until you reach a smooth consistency.,
Toppings
Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds Quarter cup of baked oats/or good quality muesli
Sprinkle of sultanas
Sprinkle of almonds
Sprinkle of coconut flakes
Whatever fresh fruit you like. I love adding berries, mango, kiwi and nectarines.
