Baileys River Mint Hot Chocolate
Ingredients (Serves One)
30ml Baileys Australian River Mint & Chocolate flavoured liqueur
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 generous pinch cocoa powder
1/2 cup full fat milk
1/4 cup thickened cream
2/3 cup (5-6 squares) chopped milk chocolate (keep a sprinkle to garnish)
Whipped cream & marshmallows to top
0.4 standard drinks per serve
1. Put cream and milk into a pot over low heat, stir until smooth and slightly bubbly
2. Add in chocolate, brown sugar and cocoa powder, stir until melted
3. Keep stirring occasionally until it reaches your desired thickness (should be a few min)
4. Top with as much whipped cream, marshmallows & choc shavings as you like!
