CELEBRATE MIDDLE EASTERN MONDAYS WITH EXOTIC BAZAAR MEAL BASES

Exotic Bazaar meal base

Spice up your Mondays with Exotic Bazaar’s new Middle Eastern meal bases.

Exotic Bazaar has launched an innovative range of meal bases designed to make Middle Eastern cooking simple, convenient and completely delicious.

Similar to Fish and Chip Fridays or Taco Tuesdays, Middle Eastern Mondays bring the incredible flavours of the region into kitchens across Australia. The affordable meal bases have been created to make Middle Eastern cooking accessible to all home cooks - with no complicated cooking required.

With just two extra ingredients and a few steps, each Exotic Bazaar meal base can be transformed into an authentic Feast of the Middle East in less than 30 minutes.

The five Exotic Bazaar meal bases cover flavours from four regions of the Middle East. They include Persian Walnut Chicken, Tunisian Shakshuka, Turkish-style meatballs, Moroccan Tagine, and Persian Herb Stew.

Each base is crafted to simplify the cooking process without compromising authenticity, quality or taste, allowing traditional flavours to shine in every kitchen. Vegan- and vegetarian-friendly, with no added preservatives, the bases cater to everyone looking to explore new tastes and flavours.

Founded by food entrepreneur Gilava Pour (pictured) in 2019, Exotic Bazaar celebrates Middle Eastern cuisine, blending tradition and innovation to create a unique culinary experience.

Creator of the world’s only packaged Persian Love Cake, which has taken on a cult-like status with home bakers across Australia, Exotic Bazaar has blossomed into a brand that captures the essence of the Middle East.

Inspired by the rich flavours and aromas of her homeland, Gilava’s vision flourishes with the introduction of Exotic Bazaar’s meal bases, inviting Australians to savour the authentic tastes of the Middle East at home.

“Many Australians are unsure where to start when it comes to Middle Eastern cuisine, so I wanted to create the perfect solution. Middle Eastern food philosophy is deeply rooted in health with focus on nourishing the body,” she said.

Exotic Bazaar’s meal bases offer Australians a chance to explore the vibrant flavours of the Middle East right in their own kitchens. Each kit includes a suggested easy-to-make recipe involving everyday ingredients - just how I would make it at home.

“I started Exotic Bazaar to create a new conversation about the Middle East here in Australia, one that reflects the region’s wealth of good food and great hospitality, where food can be a messenger of peace and brings people together."
