Spring always brings the urge to refresh our spaces, to lighten, brighten and create small moments of joy at home.
Shein’s new Home & Living campaign delivers exactly that: affordable, on-trend pieces that can transform a room’s mood without the stress of a full renovation.
Armed with a $100 voucher, I took on the challenge of styling a few corners of my home, exploring each of the campaign’s themes: Living / Bedroom Reno, Kitchen Reno, and Home Party Reno.
The result…stylish little updates that instantly made each space feel more seasonal and personal.
Living / Bedroom Reno

For the bedroom and living areas, I leaned into relaxed, low-key spring updates with touches that feel thoughtful rather than fussy.
A striped waterproof makeup bag doubled as both a chic vanity organiser and a travel-ready toiletry case. A LED-lit makeup mirror with tri-colour light elevated my morning routine with its soft, adjustable glow.
On the walls, I added a wooden boho-wave shelf and a vintage Christmas village wall print, simple pieces that will bring character and charm to the space when the holiday season arrives. I also picked up a plush candy-cane embroidered pillow cover and two mini Christmas tree dolls, which I’ll bring out in December to add a playful, festive touch without overwhelming the room.
A DIY wooden frame set is ready for future artwork projects, while a white wall-repair paste proved unexpectedly handy for quick touch-ups before hanging new décor.
I also loved the bead-decorative tray. Perfect as a bedside catch-all for jewellery and trinkets, keeping the surfaces looking tidy yet styled.
Shein Kitchen Reno
For the kitchen, I chose a set of four Nordic-style sunburst-embossed glass cups. Their subtle texture and light-catching pattern instantly added a lift to our everyday tableware, the kind of seasonal brightness that feels fresh but practical.

Home Party Reno
The final challenge was to bring a little festive cheer for future gatherings. I chose a gingerbread-man string light to drape across the mantel instantly added warmth and playfulness, and a mini Nordic-style wooden Christmas tree ornament as a simple, sculptural centrepiece for the dining table.
These tiny, inexpensive accents already hint at a cosy, inviting atmosphere, perfect for making any gatherings feel a little more special without much effort.
Verdict
What struck me most across all the items was how affordable yet effective these small changes were. None required effort beyond a quick unbox and placement, yet they each brought a sense of intentional style.
Shein’s Home & Living campaign makes it clear that refreshing your home for spring doesn’t need to be dramatic or expensive.
From practical organisers and touch-up tools to seasonal accents and party-ready details, these pieces show how easy it can be to create a new vibe with just a few thoughtful updates.
